Call-out fees
Please check that you are aware of and accept that there may be a call-out fee for the Job before you make a booking.
If the cooker Electrician arrives at the premises and is unable to complete the job because different information was completed at the time of booking a job, then the Electrician may deem that a call-out fee of £20 may be applied to the customer.
Please ensure that you have carried out your pre-visit checks. If the cooker Electrician cannot start the work upon inspection on arriving at your property because of something you have not verified beforehand, a refund may be offered but minus an aborted Service charge.
If a connection fails because the customer did not inform of us of any reason why it may not be successful or because the customer did not comply with the reasons mentioned above, we reserve the right to make a failed connection charge.
Our contract with users
Our contract with users Electric-cooker-installation.co.uk is neither a buyer nor provider of Electrician Services offered for sale. We are neither a principal nor agent in a buying
transaction. Electric-cooker-installation.co.uk is a marketplace. We are agents of a Provider only to the extent of use of Our Platform as a platform for sale of his/her electrical Service and for instructing collection of
your deposit.

We may change this agreement in any way at any time. The version applicable to your contract is the version which was Posted on Our Platform at the time that the contract was made.

Booking Via phone / Contact form
Our pricing is based upon the information you provide, so please tell us as much as possible about the job. If you accept our quote and our Admin Team have conducted some work
to make your job happen and you decide to knowingly or unknowingly cancel the booking after accepting our advice via phone or contact form, there will be a small cancellation fee. This cancellation fee will be: £15.00 for a
Job booked via the phone or £20.00 for jobs booked using the contact form.
Our site changes regularly
We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material
on our site (including the contents of any advertisement placed on our site) may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

In the event that we revoke the registration of any Electrician, we may at our sole discretion refund the Electrician’s membership fee calculated pro rata according to the number of whole months remaining in the membership year.

of profit, loss of reputation and all interest, penalties and legal costs (calculated on a full indemnity basis) and all other reasonable professional costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by us arising out of or in connection
