Derek had a small problem with his transport and didn't make the 11.00 appointment. However, he did ring me first thing and inform me of his situation which was fine and much appreciated. We agreed that he could do the work in the afternoon. He arrived about 15.30 and had the work complete a couple of hours later. As Derek was replacing our old cooker hood with a similar model, both in terms of dimensions and position, the installation was a great job. In terms of the website, correspondence and information was excellent.

I was very happy with the service from start to finish. In the first instance, I received very helpful advice with regard to whether the appliances that I was thinking of buying would be suitable replacements for the existing ones. Rather than being at the mercy of deliverers and installers, I was then able to buy a new hob and oven direct from IKEA and get it connected within a relatively short space of time. The work was carried out methodically and to an excellent standard and any problems that arose were quickly surmounted. I would definitely recommend this service to friends and family.
